Phones are monitored Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Please allow your assigned staff person at least 48 hours to return a call when you leave a message as many of our staff are part time or in the field.
Business On-Site hours for appointment requests and deliveries are Monday – Thursday 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Fridays are reserved for community outreach & administrative processing.
Services beyond Information & Referral are by Appointment Only.

Walton Options’ North Augusta office provides our five core services to the South Carolina CSRA counties. In addition to offering classes and support services.
Please Note: We work to assure we provide adequate time and resources to our consumers who access our many center, school, and community based programs. In the last few months, we have experienced a great increase in calls and walk in requests. In order to be effective, while also recognizing our capacity, we work on an appointment basis.
This office serves four central South Carolina counties in the CSRA including:
- Aiken
- Barnwell
- Edgefield
- McCormick
