A donation to Walton Options from you will go toward making the lives of people with disabilities more independent, including enabling them to live in the home of their choice, gain access to employment services, advocacy services and assisted technology. Walton Options is a registered 501(c)(3), and your donations are 100% tax deductible.

Monetary Donations
There are several ways that you can donate to Walton Options. Monetary donations are always needed and much appreciated. We accept monetary donations online using the link below or through check/cash at our Business Office. Again, keep in mind that your donations are tax deductible and will be used to help people with disabilities live independent and fulfilling lives!

Durable Medical Equipment Donations
Also, as a STAR Network Hub, we are always in need of items that can be refurbished, sanitized and given back out to the community. Our most needed items include wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, transfer tub benches, shower chairs, adult diapers, bed chucks as well as other durable medical equipment. If you have any of those items, or think we can utilize something you do have, please call 706-724-6262 to find out the best way to donate. Walton Options regrets that we cannot take donations of furniture, clothing or food, as there are other agencies better equipped to handle those.
Sponsorship & Event Opportunities
Throughout the year Walton Options hosts a variety of community outreach events like the MVP Community Awards, Love Shouldn’t Hurt, TEK Quest, and our ADA Celebrations. Sponsorship opportunities are available for the majority of these events. Some of our events are also ticketed events in order to cover the costs of our outreach. If you are interested in sponsoring any of our events or programs either as an individual or as a company, please contact Ebony Rivers at our Business Office at 706-724-6262.
Online Support & Donation Opportunities
Amazon Wish Lists offer a simple and meaningful way for you to support Walton Options consumers in our large service areas in Georgia and South Carolina. We get daily requests for items most of us take for granted – food, cleaning and personal care supplies, and, naturally, medical equipment to make independent living easier. The items on our wish lists go particularly to persons with disabilities who are low-income or underinsured to help them develop independent lifestyles. Please consider choosing items from our Amazon Wish Lists to be directly delivered to our offices for distribution. Remember! Your donations may be tax deductible as we are a 501(c)3! Please keep your Amazon receipts as proof of donation and check with your accountant about what is tax deductible.
Many people with disabilities lack consistent access to enough affordable, nutritious food for an active, healthy, and independent life. It can stem from insufficient money, food unavailability, poor distribution, lack of transportation, or inability to utilize food, and leads to various health issues like malnutrition, anxiety, and poor concentration. You can help buy donating items from our Food Pantry wish list.
Walton Options also distributes additional items even though they are not specifically requested but are important to maintaining an independent lifestyle. These items include personal care and cleaning supplies. Please visit our Supply Closet and Personal Care Cabinet wish lists to contribute.
Finally, while our STAR Network Hub allows us to sanitize and redistribute often requested medical equipment, we are not able to fulfill all requests. Please consider assisting us with these higher priced items and reduce waiting times for disabled persons within our large and diverse service area. Our Medical and Adaptive Equipment wish list is available to help increase our ability to meet our community needs.
